Free standard delivery within UK only.

UK orders aim to be delivered within three to five business days after all items are available to be dispatched.

Please note that items which qualify for a full refund can be returned within 14 days from date the order is received.

Items must be in re-saleable condition with all labels and tags attached and in the original signature packaging.

Returning of any items will be at the customers expense.

Please notify us by e-mail to Info@alice-dean.com to start the refund process.

Any used or worn items are non-refundable

In the rare case you find a manufacturing fault, please e-mail us at:

Info@alice-dean.com with a description and images of the fault.

Once validated we will arrange an exchange or a full refund will be given.
