Our scarves have a production tolerance of +/- 3cm from the stated dimensions.
Please note that items which qualify for a full refund can be returned within 14 days from date the order is received.

Items must be in re-saleable condition with all labels and tags attached and in the original signature packaging.

Returning of any items will be at the customers expense.

Any used or worn items are non-refundable

In the rare case you find a manufacturing fault, please e-mail us at info@alice-dean.com with a description and images of the fault. Once validated we will arrange an exchange or full refund will be given.
